Product Review - Joe Rocket Mesh Jackets

Some of you may have noticed a strange object in the sky over the last few months.
It’s large and yellow, apparently called “The Sun” and not seen in the UK for a couple of years. This bizarre object is often accompanied by rising temperatures, frequently causing discomfort to sensible, well protected motorcyclists like ourselves. Those lucky enough to head off to even more southerly parts may well experience yet more overheating and sweaty body components. Fear not, there is an answer to the perennial problem of cooking in the summer whilst protecting your delicate flesh. Joe Rocket do a natty line in mesh jackets, incorporating decent protection but allowing total airflow around the upper body. We wore these both in the UK and abroad and they make riding and walking around a hell of a lot more comfortable. The jackets feature a zip out waterproof layer that is perfectly functional as a light coat on its own. They have a double layer of mesh, plus full armour, so plenty of protection. Stylishly designed for both gents and ladies, the jackets have decent waterproof pockets plus loads of adjustability. They even feature an mp3 pocket with headphone outlet and a pouch to fit that extra visor for the return journey after dark. Nice work. I just hope I am still wearing mine come October!
